Worst parking app ever

Hard to load credit card details etc. worst parking app ever

Doesn’t let me add my card

Thinks I’m trying to make a transaction when I try to add my card. And keeps saying the transaction is declined

Annoying rate this app overlay

Rate this app overlay perpetually cycling and wouldn’t allow me to top up parking Hope I don’t get a ticket I was trying to do the right thing

As an older person I find it very difficult to use. Quite often not working it out correctly

Liked the old add where you could put it in for a set time but if you left early you could reduce it back

Takes 8 years to park your car!!!

Slow

Very slow loading

Unnecessarily complicated !

I found this parking meter very complicated and hard to see and time consuming . I tried to use it twice but I couldn’t work out how to set my time. The ‘help’ page didn’t have anything. Left Horsham feeling very stressed never wanting to go there again! The Easypark system was really easy in comparison and you could extend or shorten your time. New system… Not good! 😡

No cancel early option.

Not as good as Easypark. Easypark allowed us to set a time and stop it early if we didn’t need the whole time. This app forces you to commit to the time you specify. (You can extend the time but not reduce it like EasyPay). Also the help section answered my enquiry in Spanish instead of English. Lastly the app looks for contact information and identifiers which from what I can tell (as a software engineer myself) are not required and is taking private info it doesn’t need)
