I couldnt open the application for 2 weeks due to the error ‘No response from server’. When will be the problem solved?

الاعطال تأخذ وقت طويل لاصلاحها والمبالغ المودعه في المحفظه غير مسترجه فاحذرو ايداع اي مبلغ التطبيق فيه عطل من8 ايام ومش قادرين يصلحون العطل ولا يرجعون المبالغ رغم العطل
