Very bad app. Do not download. Very difficult to use at checkout and can’t give feedback online via app. Needs improvement and more to learn from others. No shoppers would appreciate using this app anymore.

Cannot register
Tried 3 times at the cashier, doesn’t work, can’t register. Tired at home, doesn’t work. Password was correctly set but keep showing it doesn’t fit the requirements.
Garbage software
Who is the developer of this app? It's too junk. There was no OTP when downloading, and after waiting for a long time, there was no barcode. After paying back the money, I couldn't receive a cash refund
Just doesn’t work!
Shopped at Marks & Spencer on 2nd April. Today’s 14 April. Still no points. When I downloaded this app some months ago during the initial launch at Marks & Spencer, I had the same problem. Took a month with the assistance of a very helpful supervisor before I received my points. I see the my 2 April transaction under All Transactions. The date & store are displayed but when I click to see details of the transaction… nothing. Why allocate resources to building an app that does nothing?
No Points awarded
After spending and installing the Blue app so that I could claim points, till to-date after 10 days nothing! Was recommended to install the app prior to payment. And Asst Cafe Manager confirmed that all’s good. Points should be awarded within 72 hours. Laughing at the low functionality of the app! It’s been 10 days and still Nothing!

Disappointed bad experience
Sign up apps at/with counter staff during pandemic was not inform rebate dollar expire in a yr didn’t manage to redeem so disappointed bad experience deleted the apps other malls apps extended much longer period to redeem points due to pandemic also send email reminder but not this apps unfriendly & inflexible

Keep on trying but did not received sms otp to register! Hopeless app!
Disappointed at the deployment
Staff only inform about the app after making purchase. Can’t accumulate my points for my hundreds dollars purchase after signing up. But staff still ask for my phone number to key in? After that said I can get sign up bonus at the main shop, went there and the staff said not eligible because purchase not recorded in the app.
