Crashes

Crashes as soon as it opens or keeps on hold with just the logo. Useless.

Waste of Time

This app allows you to collect points and make payments, but is extremely user unfriendly in allowing you make any changes to your account. Furthermore, customer service is very exceptionally slow at processing anything, I waited 2 weeks for a name change correction (having to chase multiple times) and am still waiting (17 days and counting..) for credit to be applied to my account. Waste of time using this app in my opinion.

Mobile phone only allows a few countries

Can’t register to use the app as can’t register, you can only choose from a short list of country codes for mobile phone. Very poor app!!

Doesn’t like new phones

Have upgraded my phone and unable to open app or create new account on new phone. Have deleted on old phone but still not able to access app

Unable to start app - try again message

Since install each time launching app same problem. Message try again No other selections possible How to use app?

Crashes and the 12 days rewards doesn’t work

Lost all points after update and new app makes no sense.

Love this app!

I love this app, it’s so easy to use and being able to gain cashback at some of my favourite stores in Dubai is amazing. There are some great monthly offers to be used as well. Can’t wait to shop more with Blue!

Could be better

The app seems a bit clunky and not that much to offer on it. But it has some good games, first a game similar to wordle but more letters, that was great but ended. Replaced by a memory game called matchit but today that has finished. These games are for points but seems like you may not always be credited for the points you win. The spin a wheel game, customer nearly always loses, more often than the odds would suggest.
