Doesn’t work
Can’t get a verification text so app is useless.
Absolute joke
Either the app doesn’t work or for some reason there’s never ever a cab available for me to take , ever!!
Not a good app
Lots of time this app is not working called up the taxi company to tell them about the app they have not fix the issue
App not reliable
I use Bluebird Cabs all the time so would love it if this app worked. But it keeps on asking for new login and then the verification code doesn’t always come through. So it’s not easy or reliable to use. I’m sure these issues could be fixed - so come on Bluebird Cabs - update your app to make it reliable and useable!
App not working on iOS
Bluebird taxi is a favourite of mine but sadly I’ve stopped using them as their app no longer works. Get it together folks it’s 2022!
App stopped working
App stopped working, won’t book trips. No updates for the app either.
App is horribly broken
App will randomly cancel trips, or show that no cabs are available then one will show up at your place 20 minutes later when you thought it wasn’t going to happen. Will be switching to another cab company after this stupidity
Easy
Super convenient. Worked every time for me. Like seeing the cabs in real time. Beats calling any day.
Often closes and loses the ride info
About 8/10 times the app refreshes or errors out if wifi switches to data then the ride info disappears or destination address gets removed from drivers view. This has happened for over 2 years at least. A small update related to cache would probably solve this.
