Have been using Blu smart for quite sometime now and the experience was great! Drivers knew what they were doing when it comes to charging of electric vehicles and still reaches the pick up location 15-20 mins before the trip. Should definitely expand to more locations!!

Clean cabs and courteous staff

I have been a loyal customer since this app started and have considered it a savior in Bangalore. However, over the last two months, the services have deteriorated significantly. Even for Elite membership subscribers, driver partners are taking an hour to arrive. The costs are now higher than Uber and Ola combined. The customer care response is always the same: "Driver partners are not available." It’s disappointing to see such a promising company decline in service quality
