Full of bugs and it just doesn’t work. My car disappeared from the app after an update and I’m unable to add it back.

Now your app is stopped and no way we can book the service of car. At last we have to call dealership which is already in position of not taking anymore booking as they are already full with slots. Well this is my last bmw for sure and better we take decisions of buying car based on after service facilities and app which can be USEFUL !!!!!

App never works and even if by chance it works it has nothing relevant No connected car features of BMW India Highly shameful for vehicles costing multitude of lakhs and crores

Bmw is a racist company which decided to not offer connected services in India since they think Indians don’t need it. It’s time to boycott them

Doesnt work even after two upadtes. Alreday added profile and car history lost and umable to add profile shows erros favimg issue and all that msg. Comin bmw even indian brands has better conncted car app than urs. Improve dont behave like nokia .

Total useless app bmw should my My bmw app in India so we can use and control our remotely that all we need that function which is also provided in some cheaper cars from other brands

Wonder what is BMW doing in India with no app at all. What are they expecting and how long it takes to create an app for its users. Truly senseless in today’s time. Wake up BMW India!!
