Initially you can enter electronic slips for referrals, TYFCB, and One-to-Ones. Additionally, you can invite visitors to visit your Chapter and update your profile. So easy to explain and use!
As a launch chapter director consultant, I have excited new members to set up on this. The easy way to use each part makes my life so easy - explaining how to is a breeze and the excitement of my members when they’re successful is a joy!
And I love how readily head office listen and consider further developments to make it even more user friendly and useful - looking forward to the upcoming changes 👏
Update doesn’t work
BNI Connect has worked fine on my phone until this update yesterday. I’ve switched it off & on, I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled. Have you “improved” the app so it doesn’t work on my phone any more? Can’t afford a new phone right now. Thanks a lot.
Get mad
You app constantly crashing..I did everything..delet reupload...nothing works..even it doesn’t open just loses itself...totally tired of....
Pretty good. Just needs some tweaks
If I get an alert to notify me of a new chapter member, the app just spins and doesn’t open.
Also, the input fields make no sense for an internal referral. They should dynamically change or internal referrals should be on a different tab.
I never knew the web-based Connect so cant compare, but this mostly works pretty well
Simply no longer working for me
On login I get app.error.auth.problemOccurred. Deleted. Reinstalled. Changed Password. Not the only me member in chapter with the problem.
So much easier
I love using the app. Makes life so much easier.
No access
I have been a BNI member for over a year now and have had no access to the APP after asking several times I've had no log on details, it would be good to have access so I can write a genuine review

Contacts crashing
I like using the app, the first issue I have found is that it crashes when I search my contacts to add to a referral . Apparently others have this problem, it's a known fault being worked on. Although I saw a note that it had been fixed, not so with my app.
Decent App - Still More to Do
Just saw a 1 star review which I feel is a little over zealous. The app is a good starting point - but there is a lot more work that needs doing.
From first inspection the app is streamlined, good looking and easy to navigate
It is quite clear however, that the app is designed only for BNI members to update & view their own personal profile and not for much else. I was hoping for an app which allows VP's view/edit/update chapter information, assign mentors, register guests etc.
This may happen in the future but for the time being the app has limited function and is not particularly useful.
Very disappointing
Yet again BNI has failed to deliver on an infrastructure project. After much blowing of own trumpets and at least a year of promises, this is not only disappointing, but an insult to the thousands of small businesses who form the membership and deserve a 21st century system instead of something that would have already been out of date 10 years ago. Shame on you. This app is a disgrace.
