The app is not nearly as user friendly as it could be and the search function is not accurate at all. When I search for a specific location I end up with locations that are not even in my search. In that sense the app is rather useless and a waste of time. I typically only use it to input my weekly stats.

The app is fine, if not a little lackluster and slow. But it gets the job done when it works. My biggest complaint lies in how often they use seemingly urgent headers on the Home Screen. I want to be able to permanently dismiss those notifications, but I cannot. No, I am not attending BNI’s Global convention in Madrid. No, I don’t need to see that notification every single time I log in until October 31st. It’s a terrible user experience that could be solved with a simple X to dismiss the banners.

Never improve in 17 year

I use the app as often as possible to refer potential clients to BNI members. My biggest complaint is that personal data is not available for everyone who has entered it. I know that many of these members have fully filled out their details. I love the search functions worldwide and being able to send referral information immediately.

It would be fine if it allowed registering visitors. It has never worked for me registering a visitor.

I know the app has improved over the years. Honestly, it’s made so many things easier than ever. Invites and logging activities are super simple - thank you and keep up the great work!

Crashes at launch and does not support iPad natively. iOS 16.3.1 & iPad os 16.1 crashes on both iPad and iPhone.

This is a very useful toolI am still exploring this app to make sure I understand its usefulness and quality and utility.
