Not receiving any message or otp after update

After update of the application, I am not receiving any sms to my number nor otp.

App is not functioning

I am putting all the credentials correctly, on the last page it says congratulations now you can login to the app and the next moment it will say sim change login again etc etc

Excellent service

Worst ever banking app

This is one is the worst banking app. Most of their services in this app including transfers never work. It's so disgusting that I have even started moving my account to a different bank

Unable to open the app after upgrade, as the app closes immediately upon clicking the icon.

BOB’s mobile application used to be the worst one compared to other banks in India , very happy to see that finally it has come to an acceptable standard ….
