Please ask your product managers to do a good job. Nobody can read the passbook in that layout. And why is the default view one week?

Shows only 5 MF companies while adding biller

What a joke this application is. When adding a biller by registering URN for MF SIP this app shows only a few mutual fund companies names while there are dozens of MF AMC companies in India. My family has senior citizens who bank with BOB as well, it is extremely frustrating for customers if things don’t work as expected. Govt banks need to up their game. Disappointed.

3rd Class application

Every other bank have advance applications and that works perfectly and your application is not at all starting in my phone. I have to travel most of the time and i am not able to use your bank services. Even your website is worst. As soon as i am back in india i will close my account for sure.
