Worst app always the server is down especially after 9pm stupid engineering team…

Third Class Mobile Application they should learn from other banks that how to make an app that too a friendly one.

Bob world app not working in iphone 17.0.3 Version

Bob world app is not working in iPhone 17.0.3 version error is invalid request app open time after then closed this app

Issue related to UPI option.

The UPI option inside the app is not working . It says: “Sorry for inconvenience Kindly contact to bank” Please fix this issue Many of my payments are pending. The recent update didn’t fix it. Kindly reply and take actions about my concern.

SSA Account transaction error

After new update no option to invest amount in linked SSA. Also third party transfer within bank not supporting for SSA account.

Service is very pathetic

Always the server not working. If book online fix deposit it can’t break online you have to visit the branch for break it. In branch every time server was not working.

Error message

I am getting an error message that says “invalid request” when opening the app. The app then crashes. Please advise

Average app

Many many improvements needed. The payees need to be added again in the app. It won’t reflect from web. Analytics are 2months behind the current date Statements are very limited as if it requires petrol to run. Only focus given on ui not the functionality
