I can not stop my subscription. I send multiple mails to stop my subscription but i get no answers en they keep on withdraw money from my account.

Disappointed

After downloading the app, I was chased with so many mails with discounted price that I finally gave in and subscribed, mainly attracted by the coach feature to then found out that the coach it’s just an algorithm and basically means a series of different week programs you can chose from and they said it’s tailored but it’s not. Nothing special. And the articles and recipes they speak about when try to sell the subscription are always the same, repeated over and over but with different words. The articles are also available with the free version, but if you subscribe and pay, they are just pushed to you with a reminder. So even more annoying. Bottom line: there is almost no advantage whatsoever in passing from the free version to the subscription one. Unfortunately, this was the worst investment I ever made.

Fijne app. Overzichtelijk, gemakkelijk in gebruik. Je kunt diverse weekschema’s kiezen en via Facebook aansluiten bij de community. Nu 14 kilo kwijt.

Er wordt elke maand 31€ afgeschreven & ik kan het abonnement nergens stopzetten!!!!! Stop dit aub!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too unclear and there needs to be more edit options

It is very unclear and too much options in the beginning. I am an experienced faster and I would like to create my own plans that are also adjustable in the past since I downloaded the app whilst I was already fasting. I think I will delete it since I have no use of it as of now.
