I just installed the app and it also appears on my Apple Watch. Wonderful! Though I can’t add my water, it’s supposed to be unlocked in the app, but I cannot find anywhere in the app to lock this feature up. It’s the reason for the missing star. ⭐️
I’ve been doing IF for nearly 4 years and as an experiment I have tried different apps but there is no better app than BodyFast. Everything from the design of the app to the plans you get to choose from are amazing. I absolutely love that you are able to change the times and tweak the plans to your own schedule. The only unfortunate part about this app is that the advanced plans no longer are free (like they used to be). 10/10 would recommend. All my colleagues have downloaded the app after I lost 20 pounds in only 5 weeks. We are now an Intermittent Fasting workspace fueled by BodyFast 🫶🏼💚

This is a really good app!
Too expensive compared to what you get.
It’s a paid app, but it moves around your eating times. I find it quite useful. Check out the app “Bodyfast”

I was in the middle of a three day’s fast when I purchased the app, very annoying not to be able too set the starting point further back than today. You are automatically set back to today’s date, very annoying. There are not any plans for threes day’s fasting. I miss the possibility to choose a period like: starting at monday 00.00 and aim for 72 hours. That will make it more useful for all of us who like to fast for longer periods. And then it would be great with plans for braking the fast. When to eat what. And a choise for “Sensitive stomach” and “not sensitive stomach”. How to brake a 72hour fast is important for how your body reacts.
This is a very good app! I am so happy that found this one
