Fijne app, heeft me erg geboost
Deze app kwam ik per toeval tegen op Insta en dat was precies op het juiste moment. Ik was al een hele tijd tegen opnieuw beginnen op aan het hikken en meteen al, vanaf dag 1, geeft de app met zijn dagelijkse herinneringen me een ontzettende boost om te trainen en vol te houden. Ik ben nu een week begonnen en heb gisteren door omstandigheden een dag gesmokkeld maar ga die zondag op de ‘rustdag’ gewoon inhalen. Aanrader!
Love the workout/dieet balance
Hi all, if you’re like me and you’ve been trying to lose weight - sticking to your daily exercise and diet, but you got stuck - even though you register your food/kcal intake and exercise very well... this is your app.
Anna Victoria gives exercises that are a good mix between cardio and strength. All very short and repetitive so you won’t get bored.
But most importantly; she also gives food advice based on your goal, weight and height, which changes during the course of the program.
For me scaling up exercise and scaling down food was very hard to figure out on my own. Knowing the ratio and balance is very important and requires very good education.
Also the app works with two metric systems, which is great.
Further more: the personal touch is a nice bonus. It doesn’t feel that much as if you are alone on this journey.
If I can do it with this app - you certainly can!! :)
Love the intensity of the workouts!
I have been using the Fit Body App for a couple of days and I love how the workouts challenge both muscles and endurance. I can see myself getting better at this and still feel challenged every single time!

Ik ben ontsettend blij om elke keer andere oefeningen te kunnen doen op de sportschool; dus niet saaie oefeningen die ik elke weer herhaal maar afwisseling!
De app is overzichtelijk en duidelijk. Ik zie hoeveel tijd er over is, met welke set ik bezig ben en wat de aanbevolen gewocht is die ik kan gebruiken.
Enige wat ik fijn zou vinden is kunnen noteren hoeveel het gewicht is die ik eindelijk gebruikt heb bij een bepaalde oefening. Zo kan ik de volgende keer beter inchatten welke gewocht ik moet pakken!
