The most complete female based fitness and health tracking app out there
I’ve had my fair share of health and fitness based app. But I feel this app really is the best out there at the moment. I can track my workouts. As a power lifting dummy I feel very secure doing my workouts. Where as before I only did cardio. Just because I felt so awkward doing waits and stuff. But thanks the app I feel strong and no longer insecure. I also like that feature where you can swop exercises if the necessary equipment isn’t within reach. The whole team behind the app has done an amazing job!
