Buggy app and inaccurate timings

Timer will stop if you move to another screen (eg to change music) Progress is not accurately saved Inaccurate estimation for workout duration

Great App with brilliant exercise programs to follow

I haven’t use many exercising app but since I start using this I have been sticking to it daily and think it was a very well designed app. Exercises are very easy to follow and I like how it allows me to pause and resume. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple and easy to use app for their exercising routine. One thing I wish it could improve on is to allow me to customise programs I want to plan for the week. At the moment I have to go to main page to find different programs I want to do, so it requires a lot of time just clicking through pages. It would be perfect if I can stars all programs and select from a customised list.

This is the best app I’ve seen. The price is very reasonable, all your workouts at different levels, calorie tracker with meal plans or manual if you prefer. Everything you need in one app and cheaper than slimming clubs you pay for with far more useful things in it.

Absolutely love it, love the team, love the workouts ❤️❤️ I have emailed the team several times asking lots of questions and they all got back to me in less than 24 hours! Even the physiotherapist who kindly advised me what workout to start with etc. Really really impressive 🥰 my toddler always joins in when she sees me workout lol, the app colours are sooooo happy and nice♥️❤️

Great for form and pace, increases in difficulty as you progress. So glad I found this app. I don’t use the food diary much but really should 🙈

I just got this app and it’s amazing. So simple to use and very well laid out! It’s super interactive and the workouts are very clear. Love it!! The only reason it hasn’t got 5 stars is bc the food diary isn’t very user friendly (especially for us in the uk). You can’t create a meal or a recipe, and for those in the uk, you have to pick whatever is closest to what you want to eat.
