Good free programs, small inconviniences
I use the free version for stretching. Pros: I like the available programs (daily, specific training). I miss the details of a task in the daily rutine (the paying version has it). But they have a good youtube channel, where. I learned the correct technique. Cons: When there is a 1 min exercise with 30 sec per side, the app does not warn when I should switch sides. Sometimes its hard to see the timer during an exercise.
