I can’t login because of the new update !
With the new update “login with e-mail” I can’t login. They said I need to open on the same mobile and I DO. I can’t send or receive any vibration anymore. I buy them a week ago.

When working, this app is great. I’m a surrogate and use it to send touches to the intended mama when baby kicks. We both use our Apple Watches. However, I have to regularly delete the app from my watch and reinstall it for it to send touches. Now, neither of us can get the app to send or receive touches. We’ve tried everything. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the app from both watch and phone, we’ve updated our iOS, we’ve ensured cellular data is on for the app. Nothing. Very frustrating especially for a paid app.
I have never seen a product struggle so hard to function. Always looses connection, never responds. I have to fight it each time I want to send or receive a simple touch. Adult toy companies have this kind of tech better figured out than Bond More.
After the update the app barely sends touches on iPhone. I’ve done everything to troubleshoot it but it won’t work except for the occasional exception. The two check marks won’t show up showing it was sent. My bracelet is useless at this point
My bracelet was connected through the app but would not send any touches or light up even if it was charged 100%, so i disconnected my bracelet multiple times without success and ended up just logging out and disconnecting my bond touch bracelet completely. i am now unable to connect to the app, i do what it requests me to do during the connection but when its time to double tap to make sure the correct bracelet is flashing, it asks me if i want to pair the bracelet to my phone, so i click pair but then nothing changes, bracelet is constantly light up and after a moment the app says that the bracelet fell asleep and i gotta try to connect them again, and having to unpair the bracelet from my phone (the pairing is successful, but the app will not continue foward)
(Disclaimer, I’m going to talk about the products and the app as I feel like that’s easier, and they go hand in hand) With the Bond touch bracelets me and my romantic partner Emma have been able to stay connected while we’re in a long distance relationship with me being in Canada and her being in the US, which I’m grateful for. The reassuring vibrations you can give and receive from your partner (which can be customized), the ability to see your partner’s location in the app, adding a specific colour for your vibration, etc. are nice and creative features. On the topic of the app, the UI and design of it is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing imo. And there’s some handy features such as a chat function which also shows you past vibrations, a private chat, it let’s you add a profile picture which you and your partner can see, etc I was thinking it would be nice if the bracelets (or other bond products) could have the ability to be used alone from a phone/device in case the battery of the connected devices is depleted temporarily, the internet/cell data connection is lost, but I’m guessing that may make the product more expensive to manufacture. Good experience overall 😊
The app stopped working, making the bracelets essentially useless. Before you tell me to update my phone, it’s already updated to the latest software. Please fix the app
For me and my partner, about a week after we got it, and after the latest update, the app is showing an empty profile on our apps. It won’t let us log out or send new messages.
the app crashes immediately after i try to open it. :( not impressed anymore
Will randomly disconnect and I won’t get vibrations
