Bond Touch

The app says that it can't connect to the server. I have restarted my phone several times. Please answer as fast as possible !

First purchased what I thought was a pair of bracelets for almost $70 but turned out to be one single bracelet which was very annoying but then realized it could be linked to an Apple Watch. Set bracelet up for my son, paired it with my watch which was very glitchy and complicated, but after unpairing / repairing both devices multiple times both were set up. I can send taps from my watch to the bracelet but not vice versa. I get some taps if I swipe the app then swipe back. Device is definitely not worth the high price tag, if issue isn’t resolved after contacting manufacturer I will be returning and canceling my subscription.

Loved the necklace , and the gold chain . While the app is very user friendly , I find it difficult to record heartbeats . It often takes me 10+ tries for it to sense/record the heartbeat . Other than that, it’s great . I do with there were more colors to choose from when selecting what color will go to who ; just for times when you have an abundant of peoples heartbeats on your account .

Worked for a few days and now the heart won’t pair. Tried all the suggested fixes and still won’t pair. The app finds it then puts it to sleep and won’t pair. This gift is extremely time sensitive as I wanted to get my wife’s dying father’s heartbeat. Customer service not responsive. I’m extremely disappointed.

I try to start the setup and when I try to verify my email, I do not receive the confirmation email. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the application. Is there any solution?

This is an exceptional piece of technology. It helps me and my partner stay connected even though we’re miles apart. Also helps give me piece of mind whenever my partner responds to my traps. However: The activation sensitivity is a bit too low for reliable activation, it would be nice to have some sort of a sensitivity slider in the bracelet settings to change the sensitivity. Pros: Precise touch communication Long battery life Super responsive app Cons: Unreliable activation sensitivity Periodic bracelet disconnection within two feet of my phone.

Please add a way to put take the bond heart out of Bluetooth mode manually, as when it gets stuck in that mode it doesn’t work. When it does work it’s a pretty good product.

Spent a lot of money on these bracelets as a gift. Bought the gift in advance so it was passed the return window. The app doesn’t work at all. Initially it let me start the app and I started to make an account, but after clicking the link to verify my email the app is a blank blue screen and nothing works. Force restarted my phone, tried the link again, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Good idea wasted by bad software. Don’t waste your money.

My issue with the app not connecting to the servers has been fixed, so I’ve updated my review. The app still has mild reliability issues when sending touches, sometimes my partner does not get them until she opens the app and vise versa but it works well enough.
