my boyfriend surprised me with the new heart bonds. however mine will not flash when it’s charging and both of ours won’t connect to the app.

Bond

This whole system is absolutely amazing. My girlfriend bought us these for Valentine’s Day and it’s an amazing way to stay connected, we’re both going to separate universities this year and I know this will help us stay connected 100%!! This app and product is just pure gold!!

can’t get it set up

bought this last week and it arrived yesterday, however, it took a while for the verification code to come thru and when it did i had to type my phone number in again, and it had blocked my phone number, i left it a few days without trying to type my number in again and it keeps saying “too many attempts to login please try again later” but i still can’t try again so i’m starting to think that this block is permanent snd not temporary, wasted £130 as it cannot be used now

Amazing!!

I got my bond touch for me and my long distance best friend. They have been so good for helping us feel connected despite the distance. We had a bit of trouble setting up at first but now we are all set and the bracelets are working fine. I would love it if you could make the bracelets work maybe a bit further away from the phone? And also I would appreciate it if you could make it so you can send videos on the app? Overall great product and great app, definitely worth the money!

Great app needs widget

Great works every time recommend to all people that are apart But could the developers work on a widget for home screen/ lockscreen

Good but could be great

Fantastic concept and loving it so far.. but.. why on earth do I have to keep the app open?! Background app fresh is a thing, and notifications operate all the time. My Garmin watch can sync without having the app open, curious why it’s not implemented in this app.

Great App but Battery Consumming

I love everything about the app and I think the idea is fantastic. However, it’s frustrating that the only way to be connected is to have the app open at all times. It is battery consuming. It would be 5/5 stars from me if only a widget was needed or something

Im putting in my number and it doesn’t work on the app?!

Worst app ever

Took five tries to connect bracelet, had nothing but issues receiving touches, and now can’t get onto the app at all. Waste of money, waste of time

Disconnects more than its connected,over priced & doesn’t do the job it’s meant to
