Absolutely fabulous way to log and track my personal library. Only glitch I am facing is on how to get any support. Eg my loaned out books show under the book itself but not on the home page for each person that I may have lent to.. shows -0- there against all names.
A good app - but would be a great app with some very simple changes. The one thing I really wish were possible is changing the information shown in the default library layouts. If I could add publication year next to title, author, cover and tags I would be very happy.
There are other, more popular, reading tracking apps which I have tried but the interface has always got in the way. Book Tracker, on the other hand, is one of the best designed apps I have seen in years. Simple, intuitive and a pleasure to use. This deserves to be better known.
Can you please make a watch version? I'd love the timer function and track the pages from my watch. Thanks!
I love this book tracker - visually great, really easy to use and feels very native. I have one small point of feedback that would be awesome to see - right now the authors names are saved as Last Name first, then First Name - it’d be nice to have the option to do first name and then last name as it’s weird seeing a long author list with the last names first.
UI needs improving in several areas, it’s very unituitive, lots of nesting, lots of buttons being in weird unnatural places, the central card is much too small and should instead utilise the whole width of your device, cannot rearrange or sort things like tags to put them in some kind of logical order or even sort alphabetically, lack of basic features like personal ratings or space for your thoughts. It’s a good start but needs some serious work.
I really want to love this app, I love that I can access statistics but the books I’ve read are showing up with completely incorrect page numbers, some with dramatically more and some with dramatically less, and it is completely spoiling that feature for me. The only way for me to correct this is to manually add all the books.
I love this app for keeping track of my books in one place. I have e-books, audio books and physical books and can scroll through my list and decide what to read next and then where they are. Easy to add book details either via scanning isbn or manually and great search option. I would recommend this for anyone who reads and has a love of books.
Reading is very important to me, and this app is the perfect companion for me to manage the books I have read, the books I am reading and the books that I want to read. I have used Book Tracker for years, and it just keeps getting better and better. Audiobook support, rereading support and quality Shortcuts support are some of the features that I use all the time that have been added since I started using the app. This is a perfect example of an independent app being so much better than the mainstream competition.
This is a wonderful app to track books! However, there is one little problem: I cannot adjust the order of labels when managing series, tags, categories and others. I hope that this problem can be fixed to make a more perfect app!
