After several times of losing my data, I completely lost motivation to use this app. Because I paid more money on this app than other reading tracking app doesn’t mean this is a better app. Expensive doesn’t mean better. I’m transferring to a cheaper and easier to use one. What a waste of time. I tracked for over a year and I just found my data is all messed up.

After trying goodreads and not really getting the hang of it, i love this app so much! the design is to clean and easy to understand, it is nice to be able to keep track of what books i am yet to buy and which i own but havent read. i absolutely LOVE the shake feature to pick a book for your library. i often finish a book or a series and have no idea what to read then i fall into a slump but this helps me stop that (which is great when youre in a competition with a friend to see who can read more😂). i really like the reading session timer too, helps me ignore my notifications if i see the timer so i get a good amount read. all around an amazing app that is easy to use. only thing i would maybe like is the ability to have a social channel or something where you can post little book reviews to help find new books to read.

started the year with this app and i log my reading and suddenly it tells me theres a limit and i cant log my reading more than 3 times a week??? so what i can only read 3 times a week? outrageous aint no way im paying these man to read more than 3 times a week

It’s modern in comparison to ‘goodreads’ in my opinion. sure it’s currently not as popular but it’s a lot more appealing and simple to the eyes. I love the features of saving definitions and quotes. The reading sessions are great, at a time where I may not have my phone on me I wish there was a feature that enables you to input the pages you read and it estimate how long you took based on your past reading history otherwise when I’m marking the percentage of my book left to read it shows as 0 minutes of reading time for that session. However, there is one HUGE idea that I would hope may be brought about in the future and thats a friends list. All my friends on goodread are able to see eachothers books and communicate via comments with other people. I wish this app had a social feature it would be an absolute game changer. Regardless, love this app a lot ❤️Keep improving, I plan to pay for the LifeTime Access really soon

This app is sooo good. It’s perfect to track all my books and it gives me motivation to actually pick my book up every day. I do have one issue though. As far as i can tell i can’t find a way to sync my lists and thing in 2 devices. Maybe i’m wrong though.

I’ve tried several apps over the last few days and this is the best so far. It makes cataloguing my huge book collection fun and easy. One issue I’ve had is, if I enter a book as “read” with a finish date in the past (like back in the 80s), it still adds it to my reading for this year. It’s not a huge issue for me as I’m not that bothered about the stats, but it would be nice if the reading goal stat actually checked the finish date of the book. I’d also like the addition of an “edition” field. I’d like to be able to say if it’s a “Penguin English Library” (so that I can remove it from the title) or “Black Spine” or “Penguin Clothbound Classics” edition, etc. I’m using a “collection” type for it, but a dedicated field would be good. I’m sure there’s a good reason why an imported book doesn’t know if it’s a paperback or hardback, but I would have thought that data would be included in the source data.

all my book recommendations in one place, organised into wish list, to be read and reading. Tracks multiple books at a time and I can track how many pages I’ve read after each reading session I add what page I’ve reached and it tells me how much time I have left in order to complete the book. This is what OCD sufferers dreams are made of! If I could only have one app on my phone it’d be this..

The design of this app is really crafted. It allows you to keep a record of your reading and the books you want to read. Very minimalist in its ux, it doesn’t feel like an onerous effort to record what you read. Have looked at similar apps over the years but this is way beyond.

Really great app for book collectors. Easy to use and navigate. I’d love a calendar feature added where users can add dates of upcoming book releases!

Update: recent update has almost broken this app, such an incredible amount of bugs. Please undo whatever you’ve done, it’s dreadful. Great app but massively expensive for full features, I wish there was a reduced £ tier for those who don’t want the AI features. I don’t see myself using them personally but understand their use and some people would find them helpful. Customisable fields would be helpful too as well as bigger thumbnail previews as some of the images are incredibly low res, would also love to see a small addition to the series field that allows you to state which book in the series that specific book belongs to as it isn’t obvious in a lot of titles unless you do a separate search and manually add the info into the title, sorting by release date does not always solve this issue so some way to indicate book order within the series bit would be really helpful. Similar app for other things such as shows/movies or other trackable things would be amazing too or even an app that would handle both, would happily pay full cost for integrated app.
