Refreshing
So refreshing to have a “free” workout app that’s actually pretty much completely free. Not only is the app extremely intuitive but the founder behind the app really stands behind its mission.

Have done a couple of these and they are very high quality. I like that it does all the programming for you
Love the app. How about listing muscles worked on each exercise while you’re working out.
I’ve been through a lot of fitness apps. This is by far my favorite. The programs included are great and being able to create your own program through the website is 💰
Features that were previously free are now on a paywall, even simple things like swapping a program’s workout (one given by the coach) with an alternative is behind a membership. Kinda ridiculous.
Newest update made plate calculator part of the Pro version which is unfortunate. Otherwise great app
I’ve tired many workout apps but I haven’t seen any results after a year and this app has very much show results after a few months of using it.
Found this app through reddit and I appreciate that there are free options for people who are just getting back into the gym! The ui is very intuitive and the workouts are superb!
My target weights updated. I am currently running Gzclp on this app and I have the premium version which I understand why they have certain features behind a pay wall. It’s either that or ads to allow the company to survive. But what is killing the experience for me is that my target weights week to week do not update on any of the tiers and only the tier 3 sets show the previous week. Maybe I am missing something but it would be nice if the target weights would update so I didn’t have to rely on memory or fiddle around with the history tab. I also sent a message in the apps contact link but I’m not sure if it was received by anyone.
I’ve been using the app for a few months now on the free version. This is the 2nd time I have noticed that the weightlifting history log disappears! I have started backing this app up with a spreadsheet but that has also become too tedious. I am keeping this because I like to see my progress from week to week, month to month, but if the lifting history is gone, I will have to start fresh on another app. BTW, I dislike that dark mode is a premium feature too.
