I’m trying to track my vehicle and it’s showing me the location at 9:20 this morning. It is no 4 o’clock.

Even though the app says it will “work on this phone”, the app will not open on my new phone 14.

Overall amazing GPS tracking system with great features that aren’t charged like many other companies providing a similar service.

Had this for a year a love it, works well and also works when on a flatbed for towing , obviously senses movement. Look forward to checking out the new updates

The app needs to be more accurate and fast. App is slow and it takes time to show where the car is parked. Please work on this app. Thanks

More than half the time I open the app, it just stays loading endlessly and doesn’t show the vehicle location. I have to constantly restart it, log out and back in, and even then sometimes it takes a dozen attempts to get access. It’s extremely frustrating when trying to pull info from multiple work vehicles.

I can see the vehicle location at all times and monitor the time and progress of the jobs. Great product.

We bought this device for peace of mind because we have a family member who is showing signs of dementia, but we haven’t been able to get a proper medical assessment. The device works great and the app is really intuitive and easy to use. It’s simple to setup alerts and has been invaluable in at least two situations at the moment. We did have trouble initially activating the device/platform, but the customer service was great and they fixed everything very quickly. Only wish that we could set up more text/call alerts for those middle of the night circumstances. Also, hopefully Apple Watch will one day be integrated into the platform.
