Time for a change but they don’t listen

Well the hardware is stable but it’s time to do some changes in the app starting by the look and the options. I would suggest to have a notification when something turn on and off. For example I want to put a notification to notify me when the AC turns on and when it’s off. I need to be able to creat that notification. Not like now when exceeding the kw or something else. Also I would like to have the general consumption as widget on the Lock Screen it would be nice. But I’m sure they are not listening to us. 🤞🤞

Works better than expected

I’m quite happy with the app overall. I will also be using it for submetering my tenants. The only thing missing that I would appreciate would be the ability to input your own time of use electrical rates, as mine aren’t on their database and likely never will be as I’m in Canada. Otherwise, I like the app and the products

Notifications - Alerts

There is an oven left on alert preconfigured using kWh but when I want to make a new alert it only has kW.

Okay app limited settings

Can’t change appearance settings. Only follows system settings for dark mode. Dark mode doesn’t look good in this app

Product is good but poor app

Please uplift your app. Lot of people are not buying the product because of poor app interface. Look at competitors app and try to incorporate some changes

Very Reliable

Been using the system for several months now. I appreciate how i can set multiple Alarms for total load, aswell as any of the 16 individual circuits that i monitor. This allows me to monitor High/Max load, or for example i have an alarm set on my sump pump circuit so that i will receive an alert when my sump pump activates for the first time in the spring. I very much agree with the las review from “Farcouet” about being able to monitor the load from the CTs individually on the mains. And, for mostly the same reason. I used the system for keeping an eye on our emergency panel. This system is fed from a small off grid style inverter which load balancing is critical.

Excellent product

Excellent product and at a reasonable price! The only missing feature is to show Amps per phase for the Mains. Currently shows only the sum. Please add that feature it would be really useful to balance phases specifically when using a power generator. I hope this will be available soon and it will become a perfect product!

Great product if not the best!

Great product at affordable price! Easy to install, very responsive (you see exactly consommation going up or down as soon as you switch on/off something). I really recommend if you want to know exactly how much some breakers consume. I bought 2 of theses to manage many breakers! Waiting to be able to merge them.

Love the insights I am getting about my electricity consumption Unbeatable price for the hardware Great start for the app ... loads of features can be added ... actual rating 3 stars + 1 bonus for possibilities will be 5 when it becomes feature rich
