Float has changed my life. In times I didn't think I would make it through an intense anxiety attack, Float has helped me through. Just do a few of the exercises and it'll really help you, trust me. Read the description and see what kind of breathing techniques you need and they will work. Theres also a membership option, but there are also tons of free options (I use the free ones). I hope this app helps you as much as it helps me!
Mindfulness is an excellent method for gaining a deeper understanding of oneself and aligning with one's body. Float warmly embraces a novel perspective on breathing. Including clear instructions for the "Vargus Nerve" Stretch would undoubtedly elevate the value of this application.
I am about to delete this app with a full subscription till April 2024 l keep missing sessions after l finish and reset the app and phone and by the app having that glitch it breaks my streak/chain and it annoys me..now what perhaps annoys me more is that when only way to contact them to get help.. the only is thru social media l hardly use social media that why l use this app to reduce the noise in my life and cacophony of this irritating modern world.
I’m not paying 70 dollars for like 16 exercises, yikes.
Great so far 😃
I have a blast doing these
😇
I got this app to try NSDR and box breathing. So far it’s been great. You can also set reminders to practice every day so that’s helpful, however I prefer to just do it every day when I wake up so that it feels more natural.
App does a good job giving descriptions of exercise. Wish more exercises were offered for free subscription but overall good app
