Lots of issues - badly done
Frequent issues with „lost password“, app not recognizing location, no connectivity to providers, etc.
Intransparent und langsam
- App braucht lange zu laden - keine Kostenhistorie
Intransparent,
Bei vielen Ladepunkten wird kein Preis angeführt. Weiters fehlt in der Ladehistorie, die Information was die letzte Ladung gekostet hat. Deshalb kommt die BP Ladekarte nicht zum Einsatz. Ansonsten ist das Design ansprechend und die Geschwindigkeit gut.
Irre langsam und Verbindungsprobleme
Anscheinend gibt es seit Wochen Performanceprobleme mit den Servern. Abfragen dauern irre lang (Minuten) und oft werden keine Ladestationen angezeigt (Fehlermeldung: Kommunikationsprobleme). Filter können nicht angepasst werden (Eingabe springt sofort wieder zurück). Login tlw nicht möglich (weil Serverkommunikation zu langsam). Anfrage bei Support bleibt unbeantwortet. In diesem Zustand aktuell nicht zu gebrauchen.

Filtern, Login, Suche nach Ladestationen geht nicht mehr seit Tagen!
App totaler Schrott
Geht seit ein paar Tagen gar nichts mehr … login geht nicht, Einstellungen kann man auch nicht ändern (zb Ladegeschwindigkeit, …) Selbst Löschen/Neuinstallation bringt leider nichts.
App grundsätzlich ganz ok
…aber die deutsche Übersetzung ist unterirdisch. Z.B.: „Geschichte der aufladung“ wurde wohl 1:1 von „charging history“ übersetzt… Eine eigene iPad App wäre auch mal toll…
