SMATRICS

I used Smatrics charger in Parndorf. It was a free of charge service (using RFID card that the receptionist gave me). I didn’t have the card to release my cable from the charger station. No one managed to help me from the outlet’s office. I called the customer service of SMATRICS. A very helpful guy managed to release the cable for me. He’s English was good and he was super friendly. I would give 5 star a thousand times :)

Hello, I just wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to setup an account with Smatrics. I entered all information- which to be honest is a lot. The app can not use the auto fill option, nor the strong password function, in fact it does not even recognise the email field as such hence you don’t get the @ sign in the keyboard as shortcut. Then I got stuck at credit card field. Kept on always bionic back to the year option of the date of birth field. Tried for ages without luck. Until I tried to submit the form without the CC info. I got the expected error message that I did not fill in the CC info. I was then able to fill in the CC info only to get stuck st the next button. Again I was popped back to my DOB year field. After several minutes of trying I was able to press the next button successfully only to be presented the password field in red and password confirmation field in red too. So I tried this about 10 times without any error message. I just been presented the cleared out password boxes in red. With every attempt I simplified my password choice until I was successful. (Not very difficult password I endet up with) Finally I was presented with the info that a €0,10 will be devoted to confirm the card. I pressed next to end up at the first step being prsented with an error message that I am required to fill in Titel, Name, Adresse,..... you get the idea. Worst app I have ever used. At least the signup process. Sadly never got to use the app or charge my car. By the way: 40 minutes earlier I signed up online (not via app) to Smatrics sadly this only entitled me to receive the NFC charging card in a few days but no access to the app. (To the developer I was using iPhone X)

Besorgt euch lieber eine Tankkarte wie von BMW - Funktioniert an den Ladesäulen problemlos, im Vergleich zu dieser App oder die Webapp

Ich habe noch nie eine schlechtere App gesehen. Oder vielleicht doch... die OMV App die auch von SMATRICS kommt. Beide unterscheiden sich nur in Logo und Farben, sind also gleich schlecht. Wenn die Ladeinfrastruktur von SMATRICS so aufgebaut ist und funktioniert wie die App, dann gute Nacht. 🤦‍♂️

App geht aber nach einiger Zeit geht nix wie es sein sollte dann de installieren und neu installieren Check dann läuft wieder alles . Aber das Team von SMATRICS baut bitte bitte solche Parks wie in Pöchlarn der sollte 6 Sterne bekommen viel Platz und das Darum 👍🏻. Der Rest wie so oft in Österreich zuwenig Platz wenn ein Auto blöd Park genäht nix. Aber weiter so 👍🏻

Beim Versuch den aktiven Ladevorgang oder die Historie anzusehen kommt nur "forbidden" oder die App crashed und man ist wieder ausgelogged... Das können andere (Tanke 2.0 WienEnergie) wesentlich besser!! Bitte um Update - Danke!

Seit 2 Wochen stürzt App bei mir immer ab - habe aktuelles iOS und iPhone 14. Über Web App funkt es dann. Wozu dann eine Native App?

Ich hab erst 10 Minuten über die App alles probiert bis es dann wirklich begonnen hat zu laden. Es hat mir allerdings dann nicht nur die Ladung berechnet sondern insgesamt 34,40€ für die gesamte Dauer meines Einkaufes. (ca. 1h) Vlt. hätt ich in der App auf Stopp drücken müssen und hab das vergessen aber das find ich einfach nur frech, die Elektronik checkt doch, dass da nach 20 min kein Strom mehr geflossen ist - das ist doch reine abzocke!!

Anzeige der Standorte dauert ewig nach Start. Einmal Flugmodus an/aus macht Stationen erst sichtbar. Roamingstationen werden erst gar nicht angezeigt (laut Auskunft absichtlich da zu schwierig um auf laufendem Stand zu halten). Ansicht der Ladehistorie: beimTippen auf Details crashed die App Willkommen in der herrlichen Welt der Elektromobiliät wo eine einfache Fahrt einem Flug zum Mond gleicht

Leider funktioniert die Suche bzw das Laden der Ladestationen sehr sehr langsam, nehme mittlerweile eine andere App die wesentlich schneller ist
