I love this app. In 10 minutes I get much more regulated ( in the here and now) . It does something with my brain that is calming. Improved memory, happier and more in the here and now. Tried it 10 days but effect comes quickly. . But remember - you must believe in the method - I do. I read about method beforehand. I used a start program in the app 3 times a day.
Glasses I tested in a chiropractic session and do not know yet. Maybe monochrome light therapy is better for me.
A bit more expensive than other alternatives but more thought and structure behind this app. you can be quite lazy and just follow, no need to do a lot of work, suits me. A sat still with closed eyes every session and listened concentrated sometimes, sometimes less. Helps anyway I think. Use a headset to isolate yourself and enter the braintap world.
