Buy your tickets – as easy as 1-2-3.
Brakar's mobile app lets you buy your ticket before you get on board. The app is valid in Buskerud in addition to the stops used by our bus routes between Buskerud and Oslo.
Brakar Billett requests access permission to the following functions:
* Location
Used in connection with ticket purchases so that Brakar Billett can automatically suggest a ticket based on the zone in which you are located. You can still purchase a ticket even if the location function is turned off, but you must manually enter the stop or station from which the ticket will apply.
* Contacts
Used when sending tickets to phone numbers stored in your contacts.
* Notifications
Used to send notifications when tickets and payment cards expire. You can still purchase a ticket even if the notification function is turned off.
* Background App Refresh
Used at night when updating your control code and today's picture so that next day you always have the valid code and picture ready for a ticket inspection. You can still purchase a ticket even if the background update function is turned off.
* Mobile Data
Used when communicating with Brakar during ticket purchases. If the app's access to mobile data is blocked, you can only buy a ticket if you have access to a wireless network (Wi-Fi). You must also have network access in order to display the control code and today's picture during a ticket inspection.
If you want to block access, you can do so from your phone on Brakar Billett's "Settings" page.

For ikke brukt appen den lar seg ikke komme inn

Jeg får ikke kommet inn på brakar den glitcher og bare hopper ut igjen. Kan dere hjelpe meg med med det??
Dårlig servis
jeg skulle inn i bussen, S stengte busssjåføren dørene OG FOTEN MIN SATT FAST.. SÅ sa bussjåføren st han dårlig tid. IKKE MIN SKYLD AT HAN VAR FORSINKET😂, føles it slm beinet skal fallet av…….💔 er forbanna😡

Kan jeg kjøpe billett I dag for å bruke i morgen eller senere?

Kan ta opp til 3 min å kjøpe en enkeltbillett, hvor det på andre apper som Ruter og Vy kun tar 15 sek. Veldig irriterende
Ekstremt treg
Appen er ekstremt treg, og det er ofte jeg må åpne og lukke gjentatte ganger fordi appen fryser eller ikke loader. Slitsomt og ustabilt.
App does not function
After i updated the app. It is just keeps on loading and all white for almost 30mins. then i called the costumer service he helped me and advice me to delete the app and download again tomorrow coz he says he already reported it to the system worker or I.T. It is still the same the APP is not working!! The brakar reise app and other phone apps in my phone is working very well except for brakar billet app. Help me please.

Ganske lei av å måtte registrere kortet mitt hver bidige gang jeg bruker appen.

for en som ikke er i Drammen oftere enn 1 gang i året, ikke har appen og til vanlig heller ikke bruker smartphone så ble det ekstremt slitsomt å betale de 25kr når bussjåføren ikke tar visa. Det er vel bare å gå rundt med kontanter igjen kanskje... det tok i allefall bussjåføren.
