Brefofly asking for firstname airline need given name as per passport now thay can’t able to change name we need to book again tickets so fail my 6 tickets Bravofly did not support anything regading this bravofly ask for firstname we put firstname but airline need given name as per passport

I have had the worst experience in my life from Bravofly. My flight got rescheduled on way to Europe. I applied for thè cancellation of the flight but it took them days to confirm the cancellation. These stupid guys are not even sure that my one way flight got cancelled too. To every query their answer would be like may be / could be/ most likely as if it’s a magic 8 ball. I wasn’t even sure that my bookings are cancelled or still in the way. I has to do double bookings. Pathetic . This app should be shut down. This app is a scam. I contacted the airlines, there was never any booking by my name.

Please be beware of them, they will charge 6K extra while debiting as well you will not be receiving any E-ticket via email. You cannot reach them via their support system or the number given.

Pathetic Customer service and hidden everywhere

Do not ever use this merchant for any booking. They don’t provide an immediate PNR, they will debit the amount and say we are working with the airlines on getting your ticket confirmation, then they don’t have the capabilities to provide the confirmation. All time and effort in vain. No customer service by email or telephone support to answer any queries. Don’t ever use. Skyscanner must remove them from their vendor list!!!

First time in 4 year i have booked a flight with a terrible broker website there is bot on chat who will reply you to contract customer support no customer support email booked a flight debited extra money than written on charge of transaction page also after 24 hour ticket is not generated only showing booking is confirmed guys bravofly thats how you scam people , need a reply

I was charged 6000 INR extra when the amount got deducted from my bank account. When I tried to connect to the customer care there was no response from their side. Worst experience.

No email or phone number given by Bravofly to communicate to them that I want to cancel one passenger in the PNR. They have made it extremely hard in their website to communicate with them

I have never experienced such a horrible customer service. After booking if you meet any problem then be ready for a horrible experience. I had to reschedule my flight and they provided me flight with much higher price and longer duration even though flight with almost same price as last booking and lesser duration was available. When asked over email to schedule the one with lower duration and lower price, they said that its not available even thought it was easily visible on carrier’s website. Took a lot of effort and time to get the flight rescheduled. Later return flight was not visible through PNR provided so I asked why is that the case and for 5 days when I followed up they just kept saying every day that they we will get back to me in 24 hrs. At the end I had to just give up on them. If you value your time and money don’t book from Bravofly.

Have not received my refund since cancellation of my flight from last year. Pathetic customer care. They dont accept call( there is no number only for calling them) keeps showing that not able to accept call due to large volume. Just dont book flight from them. U will repent forever. Big fraudulent travel agency.
