Recently Turkish airline got cancelled , so I contacted Bravofly and within 6 days before my flight which was in 45 days , they replanned my new airline and informed me via e-mail and message . Thank you Bravofly

Scam!!!!!!!!

Flight cancelled, opted for voucher. 5 months later, no voucher, no emails, no updates, no nothing, impossible to call, automatically disconnects call when opting for human assistance. Stay way from these scammers!

This is the most complicated travel organiser I’ve ever used. Impossible to get in contact via email and phone. We have waited four months for refund for cancelled flights. Filled in schedules both from Bravofly and Ryanair. Gets messages reg email , haven’t received any emails during the whole process - and the emailadress is correct 😡🥵😡

We learned how to loose 700€ as we booked our summer holiday with this company. Had to cancel do to corona, but not possible to get in contact with anyone. Only message “contact the airline”. But at Norwegian, they say we have to contact the ticket provider (Bravo-fly). So never this company again.

This must be the worst company for travel ive ever been in touch with. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with the socalled support phones. Stay away. This is advanced cheating
