They refuse to return money lost on Bravofly fault!
Check-in from Bravofly app was not available, I got refund of 9 Eur for it. However the reservation code was not accepted by the carrier website so I did not have option to check in on the carrier website too. In the end I was charged 45 eur for each of my tickets, 90 eur total! Now Bravofly sends me receipts for 9 eur they returned as if this is what I need! Return money in full amount, it is clearly not my fault your reservation code does not get through on wizzair website! I sent all screenshot proofs

Prenotato 2 viaggi solo e tutti e 2 ho avuto problemi con le valigie. Nel primo viaggio le valigie non erano registrate all aeroporto, ma pagate, nel secondo, al ritorno mancava una valigia nel biglietto. Mai più con loro, solo molto stress e soldi buttati

Dovevo prendere un aereo per urgenti motivi personali. Ho pagato i biglietti e sono andato all’aeroporto…ma niente. Non c’è stata conferma di prenotazione; ergo niente volo. Viaggio a vuoto e delusione.

Ho prenotato volo e auto, in sostanza ho dovuto Sborsare 120€ per un problema che il loro sito non comunica con le compagnie aeree e quindi per 8€ di C-in online sborsati 120€ per un malfunzionamento e non sono stato risarcito. 70€ di assicurazione auto inesistente e sborsato 250€ perché era finta non esistente
