Best Breathe App Ever
I’ve tried Calm, and a few others that are cheaper. How they compile the information within the app is what makes all the difference in the world. I’m still on the trial for this one but I will be purchasing the yearly version. My husband is military and a lot of stress comes from that job into the family, marriage, it effects the kids, etc… I take 1 hour a day to use this app. I take 12 5 min. breaks in order to unwind through out the day and to keep my mind and body in supple harmony. I can’t say enough good about this app o
This is a wonderful app.
I’m on disability after surviving terminal cancer and was cancer free for almost a year. However I now have terminal cancer of a different type and location. I recently lost my best friend, my fiancé, lover and soulmate all in one. She unexpectedly passed away during the night after my birthday. I have sleep apnea as well as narcolepsy and cannot sleep all night. I sleep 45 minutes to an hour at a time all night long. This app helped me but being on disability doesn’t leave me with the finances to pay for it. Thank you for the free trial.
Breethe saved me
This app has been an absolute game changer. Literally life changing experience to have guided meditation and then being read to sleep is an amazing experience. Highly recommend this app to everyone I know and now to the world. You won’t regret it.

First app I have found that I actually use regularly for meditation- love the AI personalized meditations so you can de-stress about whatever is on your mind.
This App Brought Back My Spirituality (& their customer service is EXCELLENT!)
I realize that’s a huge claim, but it’s true. I was down on my luck and cynical about the world before I downloaded this app in 2019. It brought me a sense of peace and calm every time I opened it which brought back the feelings of happiness I didn’t know I could feel anymore. I trusted the meditation process and it sung me to sleep every night like a baby. To me, that’s spirituality itself. And their customer service is top tier. They responded to me within a day, were kind and courteous, and knowing it was a real person was right in line with their brand. If you don’t have Breethe yet, it’s time to get it.

Needs new content
I’ve had this app for years and love the sleep stories. There hasn’t been a new tease in over a year. Maybe two. I really mostly like the ones narrated by men because their voices are more relaxing. But I do like some of the women. And I don’t like the whispered programs. They keep me awake as you really have to try to hear them. Otherwise this is great.
So many good choices to lull you to sleep!
I’ve bee dealing with sleep problems for so long, I was skeptical that Breethe would help — but it did! I use it to lull myself to sleep every night. So many choices of soothing sounds and stories - never will run out of options. Great customer support, too
