Terrible

This app is almost completely useless. Almost none of the functionality works. The product itself works well but when you pay as much for something like this you expect the app to work with the product. It doesn’t.

Doesn’t work

If I could give this app zero I would, what a pile of junk to numerous times to even register the briiv and the scheduling doesn’t work at all, total rubbish

Will not connect

Product seems to be a gimmick. App will not connect. Almost no support or back up

Can’t even sign up to the app

Are all the nicknames gone? on

Downloaded the app, entered my email address and received the code - entered the code into the app and the continue button simply does not do anything (have pressed it 20+ times) so I cannot get any further

For such an expensive product the app and connectivity of the device is a joke!

This App really need rethinking

I continue getting frustrated with this App. Briiv and the coders should be ashamed of themselves for bringing out a half hearted App. The scheduling is a joke. I’m not sure what testing or who tests the feature of the App but it really need stripping down and starting again.

Simple, but clunky.

When first logging in it takes a few times for the ‘continue’ button to actually activate… When connecting the Briiv to the network it takes some time, and had to go back and try again, for the list of your local networks to appear. Once in though, seems simple enough with a handy schedule feature. Sort out the fiddly bits and it would be 5/5.

Not working

Farmy004 on

Fails to identify networks to connect to

Continue button does not work once you put six digit number in so cannot progress

Not working at all

Absolute joke!

Download the app. Need a code to register. Get the code over email. Enter code in boxes. Continue button disappears below numbers never to be seen again. Stuck. Can’t move forward. 🙄
