this is an improvement over the first version in that I was able to connect to the briiv units but that it. the controls and scheduling don't work. and the interface looks like a four year old drew it. hire a real app designer.

This is worse than the previous app, and the previous app was terrible. At least with the previous app I was able to connect my briiv. This app gets stuck on the Connect Briiv to your Wifi page and doesn’t show my any wifi options. It’s frustrating to say the least, especially since this was not a cheap product.

It turns itself off all the time. It only runs when I manually increase the speed… then turns it self off a while later. I set a schedule and it resets to the last one within a day. It’s basically a paperweight with moss in it.

It looks like the app connects to the device but in reality there is no connection. Deleting and re-pairing changes nothing. This app is defective. Is this company a scam?

This app and this company are a scam. Nothing works as it’s supposed to. It took forever to get the filter and now I have next to no way to control it. I have no idea on the health of the filter and zero response from customer service. Avoid this company all together.
