Crap - not working on ipad 2017 IOS 13.1.3

Crap bad app

The worst app I have ever seen, completely useless. That must be a mistake. I will not upgrade my iPhone version, the previous were much better, how do I get that back

Unusable

You’ve managed to create a virtually unusable experience. An experience, slowly and repeatedly leading to nowhere. Even after managing to login the first time, one has to view the same commercial again and again and ... again.. until - finally - bare minimum account details are shown. After four - FOUR - similar commercials shortening your life with complete nonsense and utterly stupid repeat of the first message, one starts to get the idea (BA thinks, their customers are completely stupid - otherwise this would not be a fixed experience for entering the app). Now you can close this screen or log out. After closing the screen, there’s only one line: “Where do you want to fly?”. Nothing else. No obvious way to return to the previous screen. No way to view other options, like informations on the BA strike due on September 9 and 10 - tomorrow and the day after. Obviously the designers of the app has had no experience with flight and real life occurrences at BA. You go nowhere, without answering the single line question. I tried entering “nowhere”, since that’s what the experience let me conclude so far... I got nowhere. The line stayed. At least it followed orders!! Wow. And now I delete this utterly useless app from my iPad.
