Very useful app and well doneeeeee👌🏿 I live and use it very much for my regular flights.
Utile veloce e funzionale. Nessuna pubblicità, check-in rapido e facilmente navigabile
This used to be a good app, with which I could book flights in two minutes, no need to enter my data over again and all my reservations were in one place. Now I don’t see any possibility to create an account and everything needs to be entered manually every time. And where are my tickets, how do I find them? Very often it makes me just not want to buy the ticket, it’s too much hassle.
It was a really good app but after the last update I can’t find my reservation anymore. When I enter my last name and booking rev it says “An error occurred while processing your request”. It is 10 days I am trying without any result and my flight is on Wed! Hope you fix it soon
Dear, I’m an frequent flyer that use the Brussels Airlines App since last november. Use the App to buy a flight was really easy until the last version. Now, when I buy a flight I have to put all the information without being know as Mr Maurizio Redivo, frequent flyer nr. 205630025. Last week I bought 4 flights and for each of them I had to put: Mr, Name, last name, city, etc etc. I spent 30’ to carry out the purchased instead of 7/8’ as before. This why the App doesn’t permit any possibility to be reconized. In any other App that I use, Belgium Train, Alitalia, Ryanair, Trenitalia, etc, and your previous App, I have just select the date, flight and then buy it, putting the Numbers of the Credit card. Now, i have to put all the information as the first time but the app in not for Maurizio Redivo, it is without any references. I tried to call the Brussels Airlines call center, but they didn’t receive any complaint. Either I’m unlucky or I have some problem in my phone. I have an iPhone 8. Sorry for my email but i have to fly every week for the next three years. Regards, Maurizio
Really fantastic!!! And I wander why the other Airlines are not trying to copy yours...in some cases will be sufficient 10% to get it better!!! Compliments
Old fashioned, not working properly, does not update boarding passes after having changed the seat, need to insert very time email and phone number to have it sent out. Awful.
