No digital boarding passes
How can a modern airline not support digital boarding cards? So I have to queue for over an hour with only 1 desk open just to pick up my tickets when I’m already checked in and only have hand luggage.
They took my money and didn’t send a confirmation
WARNING: Do not use this application. I made an account and made a booking, the payment came out of my account, Brussels customer service are terrible and told me different things every time and 2 days later there has been practically no resolution to this issue. The payment in my bank has changed to Ryanair and I have no trace of the booking, causing a nightmare and a lot of wasted time. Then, almost 2 days after the payment was made, the confirmation came through (of course after I paid for another ticket with another company). Now I will have to go through a refund process if they will even allow it. Avoid this application and this company altogether.
App’s not stable
App won’t open which when you’re at the airport trying to show your details is a problem.
Nee update is terrible

COVID vouchers are scam
First of all their customer service is incredible poor. Second, i was offered a voucher which is the cost of the ticket +50€. I just have talked with an agent, who for my selected dates tried to give me a much more expensive ticket that the online price, plus, she did not want to give the the 50€ discount, which is for flights booked before 31 Decemecer. Brussels Airlines refund policy and speed is a joke. Really, Wizzair immediately credited me the original amount +20%.... I really dont know which one is the budget airline...

I can’t believe how simple and efficient the App is from searching for flights and bookings.It shows you every important aspect of your journey, and not to forget it allows faster check ins and boardings. I’m glad I’m saving the planet by travelling paperless ( No need to carry a paper ticket)
