Fantastic website
Great website easy to use have enjoyed my Bryton experience
Software Update
Yet again the software update didn’t work out and I lost a ride despite it indicating it had downloaded. Now there’s an error window popping up saying I must ‘log in to do this’ …. To do what ! And no guidance when clicking ‘ok’ ? The last time this happened - which is every time in fact - I had to start all over again and lost everything.
My choice of tracker
I have always used Bryton trackers. Easy to use and the App does exactly what I want
Excellent Upgrade
Having been using the previous version of this app for some time now, this new updated version is so much faster and easier to use. Rides and routes to and from my Strava, Training Peaks and Komoot apps appear almost straight away. Computer firmware updates are also faster.
Feels like it was designed by a child
The app is so buggy and glitchy it rarely works smoothly. Considering the price of their newer components this app is a terrible letdown. The UI is so basic and jittery that it feels like it was made by a child for a school project. Sad thing is it’s been like that for the 5 or so years I’ve been using it with zero improvement. 👎
No app
App has gone off my phone can’t download it or open it. It had a lot of rides stored in it so can’t use my aero 60 to navigate so £250 down the drain unless it gets fixed.
Often doesn’t work
Sadly Bryton’s software and support lets down what are otherwise brilliant devices. But who wants a device that is problematic to download from reliably? Often after a ride, it just doesn’t give you an option to sync the device. Other times it will sync but not show up. All very simple stuff and frustrating.
Can’t log into the app
I can’t log into the app I just get “syncing user details” then back to the log in page, I’ve deleted the app then reinstalled it several times still get the same problem very frustrating!!! Please fix it.
Very poor connectivity
Very unfriendly device.
