The worst internet connection ever do not purchase this monitor! Definitely not safe for babies with how often it goes down. And very expensive.

I was gifted this baby monitor from my mother. Since I have had this I have had several problems… The screen won’t connect to the camera (next room along) or the app on my phone. I have had to go into the bedroom to make sure my baby is okay for peace of mind because the app and screen is unresponsive (to many times). I wouldn’t suggest this product to anyone especially a mother that wants to keep an extra eye on their baby. This product gives you anxiety not piece of mind.

We’ve had 3 of the same camera, and every one has had a different problem! Even when it does work, it’s not great, and when it doesn’t work, it doesn’t; which is most of the time. App is awful! How can BT put out an app and product that is SO BAD???!!!!

The app always loses connection to the baby monitor cameras and just shows them as ‘offline’. Inevitably you realise this having just put your baby down to sleep so there is little chance of going into their room and reconnecting to the camera without waking your baby. So frustrating as the handset that comes with the baby monitor does not reach to our living room so we rely on the smart app!

Bought this camera around two years ago and never had a problem, had updates regularly and worked fine. Now…. NO updates for over two years and the app constantly saysCONNECTION ERROR and OFFLINE?? Doesn’t seem very fair that a product that cost over £100 new has just been given up on and now left useless.

This app worked fine till about a month ago and now won’t connect to the camera! Highly annoying that it just stopped and no way of contacting support

This app is hideous and I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing the baby monitor. I’ve downloaded the app to try and set up the monitor but I haven’t been able to get the app to work. It says it’s sent me a verification code, it hasn’t. And now it says I’ve requested so many verification codes and can’t try again until tomorrow. Useless.

Have a BT baby monitor and wish to god I hadn’t. The monitor forever losing connection with the camera and the app, so firstly the monitor starts beeping at stupid o’clock waking me and my wife up. Then I have to try and sneak into the baby’s room to reset the camera. I have a very stable internet connection and nothing else has a problem, bar this pile of junk. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Doesn’t connect to my phone or work. Just states error when tried with Wi-Fi and blutooth.

Used this app now for almost a year and can agree hundred 100% with the rest of the 1 star reviews. I don’t usual write reviews in general, but just fed up with the app connectivity to the camera and wifi and the laaaag.
