The application is full of bugs and doesn’t load in properly. At the ticket control the qr code reader always detects error. Trip planner doesn’t work either. Please fix it!

Constantly asking for already saved billing details and payment method, always at a carefully considered time when you just land at the airport and had no internet connection before tto give you time to arrange these and you would try to catch a overpriced airport shuttle

Nem ide akartam írni, de sajnos az App saját felületét nem lehet üzenet küldésére használni. Nem működik rajta a Gboard billentyűzet, se másolni, se törölni nem lehet a "szövegszerkesztőjében". Már napok óta a fő funkciója (QR kód beolvasása) sem működik, se külső, se járművön belüli QR kódot nem olvas. Érdemes lenne javítani, mert amúgy hasznos App!

ich war 4 tage in budapest mit der app unterwegs und hatte keine probleme die passende verbindung zu finden. gut fand ich die möglichkeit kurze wege/wenig umstiege zu wählen. genial ist aber die möglichkeit start und ziel über die karte einzugeben, da ich die lokale sprache nicht sprechen und dadurch probleme mit dem schreiben derselben habe. sehr gute arbeit von einem tollen team. bg peter fangmeier p.s. ich lebe in hessen und bin mit dem rmv unterwegs ….. kenne aber auchden öpnv von berlin, hamburg oder münchen…..

It is a scam app! Avoid. They charged my credit card twice for 1 ticket. It might be a bug, but they didn't answer to any of my emails, no refund, no apology, nothing. That makes me think they do it on purpose. Disgusting.

Sehr hilfreich bei Besuchen in Budapest. Kenne mich da bis heute nicht so gut aus mit den Öffis.

It isn’t a good idea to use this app. My advice is to use a normal paper ticket. You cannot validate your ticket on the streetcar, as the QR code is only attached outside. In addition, each ticket must be validated individually. For this reason, it is better to use the paper ticket and not run the risk of being a fare dodger.

I travel a lot and this is worst ticket app I’ve ever seen in couple of years. You can’t use Apple Wallet, you need write your card credentials in some shady WebView instead, it “forget” these details when you try to pay next day..
