BudapestGO Reviews

Doesn’t work on cellular data

Agaaaw on

Poland

The app only works on WiFi, when I switch to cellular data it crushes and shows me that there is no internet connection, which doesn’t make any sense, because I cannot validate my ticket when I travel and the app is completely useless. Please fix this bug ASAP

Brak komfortu

Kobieta z PL on

Poland

Terrible experience

TheMarcoDev on

Poland

The app is working so so, however UX is really bad. Tickets button should be always visible, sometimes you need to click back button a lot of times to get main screen where all buttons are visible at the bottom. Also you can see only one next bus after given time, why not more? Bit the worse thing is that you need scan QR code before you are inside the transport. Really? A lot of people garher in same time to quickly scan the code, it's really stressful, especially when you have to validate more than one ticket. The codes are on all entries to bus, however drivers won't let you in if you are no at first entry! Whos idea was that?! So all those people enter by first door, most of them stay there and not move to the back of the transport, so you need to pass them all in a moving bus all stay in the crowd at the begining. My wife is pregnant so you can imagine how terrible experience it was for her. The creators responsible for that system probably not ever think about other people. It's really bad designed, other countries are doing it much better, more user friendly. Sure devs will say tousend of people are using their app every day, ofcourse they do, they don't have a choice and they need transport, but it doesn't mean that this system is good.

Validate all functionality

Please add Validate all functionality, would be useful when family is travelling on the same route

So so

cholewap on

Poland

In the beginning it’s ok, after 4 days a complete list of all kinds of ticket disappeared. I could buy only the kind I’ve already purchased. Application loads very slow when I open it again after ticket validation. No Apple Pay is a disadvantage.

Where in the app is the block of 10 tickets available?

tasak2000 on

Poland

I’ve just updated it but don’t see any difference - the maximum number of single tickets you can buy at once is still 9. Any hint?

Worst user xp

This app was developed with little or no consideration of its use in reality. It takes ages to purchase a ticket, the QR code reading system from outside the vehicles is just ridiculous. The look is fine but functionality is bad. You have more chance if you grab a few printed tickets if you go out and about the city and don’t want to waste your time. If you have xp with public transport/ticketing apps in the neighbouring countries, you’ll know what I mean. This one would need a redesign from ground up.
