Eh aku bayar DEPART QR FEES supaya senang kerja aku tak payah datang too early and terus ke platform? Dah kenapa aku kene beratur lagi and dapatkan boarding pass beserta platform no? Engkorang telan camtu je duit aku setiap kali aku beli tiket ya. I will forward this issue. Contacted customer service and replied me with message template saja. Good job customer service yang suka lepas tangan, not solving my issues.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I bought ferry tickets which one of the ticket wasnt confirmed and overall customer service just the worst, have a “Hotline” number which cannot be reach out at all, only via whatsapp which also the worst because they never reply, email also the worst. Overall Bad after sale experience. I lose money. Would not recommend anyone to use this app at all.

Add-on refund for Rm 1.44 but when request for refund the tiket are unable for refund… wasted moneyyy lol

I already booked two tickets by my phone number and I tried to contact with them to get my time and everything but there is no answer when I try to found them the answer me it was the time gun so I asked my money back but they don’t answer meI don’t advise anyone to download the app or the this company
