Useless refund system
I paid extra for their refund system and got rejected because my explanation is that I booked the wrong timing. They say its my fault for booking the wrong timing. So ridiculous.

Some tickets that are available with this service are not refundable. You might not know that. Read the list of companies that allow return/reschedule, cause you can lose your money.
Not all buses in the platform are trustworthy
Do avoid Billion Stars bus operator. Google yourself for review.

Bug fixed
Good, the unread badge on app icon bug fixed. But please support full screen app experience for my iPhone XR. Right now big black borders on top and bottom of app
App lag a lot!
Problem when making payment. Lag a lot and not responsive. Apps very unstable.

Don’t bother booking with them call and make urgent enquiries ask people sent email what a joke
No train options to/from Singapore
I’m unable to search for the departure/arrival of trains at the Woodlands Train Checkpoint in Singapore.
