Für Ausländer nicht möglich
Schon bei einer ausländischen tel Nummer scheiterts
Kein Support für CH-Führerschein
Das war sehr schade - mit allen möglichen Führerscheinen klappt die Anmeldung, leider nicht mit dem aus der Schweiz… warum? Das Format entspricht demjenigen europäischer Führerscheine…
Als Routenplaner super. Nicht zum Ticketing geeignet, da instabil!
Routenplaner funktioniert sehr gut, v a „here and now“ ist super. Leider werden die gekauften Tickets nicht zuverlässig angezeigt. Eine „verschwundene“ Wochenkarte hat mich 60 € gekostet. Nach dem Kauf einer Tageskarte, war die Wochenkarte wieder da, der Kontrolleur aber schon weg...Die BVG hat mir die Strafe dann erlassen, hatte trotzdem Ärger, einen Besuch an der Jannowitzbrücke und eine unnötige Tageskarte erworben. Ich musste mich einmal auch wieder komplett neu einloggen inkl. Neuaktivierung und Hinterlegung der Kreditkarte.
Katastrophales Onboarding
Vor einer Woche geladen, noch immer nicht vollständig registriert. Mühsames Onboarding, weil ein Account erstellt werden muss und Autofill nicht funktioniert. Zahlungsmittelregistrierung funktioniert gar nicht und läuft über ein total unübersichtliches UI (wieder ohne Autofill).
