Cannot add international address or credit card. Very unfriendly process.
This app will not take any credit card and when I call my bank, they don’t show a charge was even attempted. I tried two Visas and one Mastercard (from separate banks). There are no issues with these cards.
Credit card validation is a little shaky but besides that is a good app to use!
Love the idea for this app, but registering was such a slow, endless, tedious and intrusive slog that I just gave up. Why do you need all this info? Why is it all so inefficient and inept?
No matter which of my valid credit cards I attempt to use with this app, they are all rejected, for no real reason. The payment system seems to think it needs to validate my creditworthiness, which is deeply offensive, as that is the job of my credit card company, not some third party service. My login and credit cards work fine in DB Navigator and BVG Fahrinfo, but not here in Jelbi. Make it possible to purchase a ticket, with credit cards or apple pay, and I will come back.
What a shame and what a joke. To use the car sharing services you must have an ID card or Passport from the EU. I have a German drivers license, however my passport is from the US, and have never had any issues signing up for car sharing services such as Miles, Tier, Emmy, etc. however, Jelbi only allows customers with a EU passport or ID card to pass the ID verification. There is absolutely no reason for them to not accept a foreign passport as a valid form of ID. This is the first time I have ever seen a service differentiate between EU and “foreign” PASSPORTS. I understand that there are regulations regarding non-EU drivers licenses, however I possess a EU-issued license and I’m still not able to use the service. There should never be a stop gate to not allow non-EU passport holders to use the service. What a joke, and an absolute shame that the Berlin-sponsored public transportation app blatantly discriminates against non-EU citizens.
Improve your apis to handle the speed and network latency better.
Living in Germany as an EEA citizen I don’t qualify for a German ID card, but the app stupidly only allows EU IDs. It’s the first time in 10 years living around the EU that I’ve seen a company make a distinction between EU and EEA citizens.
fares are too high! 3 euro for 2 hours is a scam!!
