The customer support is non-existent, with no one answering phone calls or addressing complaints. The sales team made false commitments, and the service has been a total waste of money. Byjus has cheated me. The class subscription that I took and paid in full for is not what I am getting Customer care does not bother Mentor helpline is a hogwash. No class schedule no timetable. Info on the wrong grade and syllabus is what comes Joint BYJU’S was a big mistake
