I have paid for 5 year course out of which I could only use 3 years , my remaining two years payment has gone with the wind as my sim for the tablet stopped working and no replacement has been sent since the last 8 months. No customer care number and no response from their team

Actually good educational app

And while I have had it, it was a great experience, it thought me everything I know, if I didn’t have Byju’s I don’t know how I would have learnt everything in school, it is 100% worth it!

App is not working

I’ve been using the Byju’s app for my studies, and I really appreciate the quality of content and how well topics are explained. The lessons are engaging and thorough, making learning enjoyable. However, one feature that would greatly enhance the learning experience is the ability to adjust video playback speed. Currently, there is no option to increase or decrease the speed of videos, which can be a bit limiting. Being able to speed up videos or slow them down based on personal preference would help users learn at their own pace. I would highly recommend adding this feature as a default option in future updates to make the app even more user-friendly and versatile. Overall, the app is excellent, but this addition would take it to the next level. Keep up the great work!

I have opted online classes for my daughter for 2 years with a tablet. Tablet is not delivered till now it has been 7 months. Customer care number never works email complaints don’t work.

Classes are not working. Bad

I had applied for a GATE course last year. Every 2.5 weeks before the due for payment of the EMI Byjus kept calling me and my father every single day 5 times minimum. That is actual harassment, when asked to stop and their response was poor and didn’t listen. 5 damn times a day that too 2 weeks constantly ahead of the EMI payment. Would never recommend Byju’s to anyone. I lost my mental peace because of this. If the finance team is reading this, sincerely go find a noose to hang on with your families.

Does help in a few ways but is very annoying the games are very boring and slow
