I tried logging in but since I live outside India, it doesn’t send me an sms to make me login.

I love this app and I used to use it a lot but for the past few days I am trying to download it and login but I am not able to I put my correct number but it doesn’t send me the top I even tired using different numbers but still doesn’t work please fix this issue I really wanna use this app again

Worst app they mentioned my kid will learn a lot on coding this that all sorts of fake things end of the day they teach only to join blocks totally fake

They dont do promises they dont even support they shut down their website so we wont learn and they get the money from us And i recommend you do not buy it UNSUBSCRIBE its unfreindly abd scammers

Scams customers by claiming to refund them after a 15-day trial period but refusing to comply when we request a refund. They demanded 400 AED for one month but provided poor service. When they contacted, we informed them we didn't want to continue with them anymore, but instead of cooperating, they started talking about some application and fees and told us to log into their app. As soon as we signed in, an OTP was sent to their phone rather than ours,and when we questioned why, they gave us an explanation like "oh sir, it may be due to some network issues" while ignoring our questions and carrying on. As soon as we hung up the phone, they withdrew 400 AED from our card without our knowledge. So an honest review would be to avoid purchasing this crap🙂

Such a big company, when I downloaded the app and tried to register Iam not getting OTP , even tried to get OTP on call but nothing happened. IT team should check into this very seriously. This is very first step into onboarding. If you fix it , will change my rating .

I purchased byjus product for my son from UAE for grade 3-9. After purchasing of product they are not bother about customer care. Pathetic service after purchasing product. No giving logical answer which can satisfy us. Not recommending to buy this product.

They just want money.. If you want to cancel and ask for refund you will see their real face. Pathetic service

Used to love it and it was very helpful but nowadays I’m not able to get videos since it’s showing a msg saying try other videos and games but all the videos don’t work Pls fix this problem cuz I love this appppp 😩😩😩
